IDrive® 360 employs optimum measures to secure your data. As a part of the security protocol your data is protected from unauthorized access with safe sign-in practices, industry-grade data encryption, and premium data centers equipped with physical safety measures.

IP-based login

IDrive® 360 secures your data by restricting user access based on their IP address. You can control and allow access from a specific IP address, range of addresses, or subnets and deny access to IPs that are not authorized.

Two-factor authentication

The two-factor authentication provides an additional security layer to your IDrive® 360 account. Once two-factor authentication is enabled, in addition to your password, you will need to enter a verification code sent to your email address, while signing in to your account.

Single Sign-On

Enable users of the entire organization to sign in to IDrive® 360 using a single set of credentials created via an identity provider of your choice.

Encrypted storage

IDrive® 360 uses SSL protocols by default to secure all communications. Industry-standard 256-bit AES encryption is employed to secure data on transfer and storage.

Advanced data centers

IDrive® 360 is hosted in world-class data centers featuring custom-designed raised floors, HVAC temperature control systems with separate cooling zones, seismically braced racks, and various physical security measures, to ensure your data is safe.
